The Advisory Board has extensive expertise in the area of leadership development, community building and interethnic dialogue. Current members are: 

Maja Nenadovic is political consultant, human rights trainer, debate coach and facilitator. She has worked with the Open Society Institute, Anne Frank House, Kreisau Initiative, Max van der Stoel Foundation and numerous other institutions. Maja has a PhD in Humanities, University of Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Cees’ Budding is civil society expert and lecturer on organizational behavior. He has worked with the European External Action Service, OSCE and Advocats sans Frontières. Cees has a MA in Law, University of Leiden, Netherlands
